RON SKELTON , Vice President

Prior to joining Caldera, Ron Skelton worked at UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) as a Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for its national multifamily portfolio. His experience includes the sourcing, underwriting, valuation, contract negotiation, financing, due diligence, closing and monitoring of multifamily and mixed-use transactions located throughout the United States. Since 2003, Mr. Skelton has been involved with over $1.5 billion in property acquisitions (9,500+ units) and $3.0 billion in property dispositions (48,000+ units). In March of 2008, Mr. Skelton participated in a national portfolio sale of 86 properties totaling $1.7 billion (one of the largest transactions of 2008). Other experience includes property portfolio management, financing and strategy implementation.

Prior to joining UDR, Mr. Skelton worked six years in the tax and internal audit departments of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC) where he organized and led projects in support of the financial audit team. Projects were primarily focused on internal control and business process reviews for various types of business environments.

Mr. Skelton holds an M.B.A from the University of Colorado and a BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, NE.
